Dr. Bill Winston
Founder, Operation Ten City & Bill Winston Ministries

- Decorated U.S. Air Force fighter pilot — Distinguished Flying Cross, Air Medal, and two-time Squadron Top Gun Award recipient.
Born in Tuskegee, Alabama, and inspired by the legacy of the Tuskegee Airmen, Dr. Winston served six years as a U.S. Air Force fighter pilot, flying the F-4 Phantom in Vietnam and completing more than 200 combat missions. He later left a career at IBM for full-time ministry and went on to found Living Word Christian Center in Forest Park, Illinois, and the Joseph Business School. The same conviction drives Operation Ten City: faith, service, and ownership can lift a community for good.
